From Lux Aeterna Software :Speaking Clock Deluxe turns your computer into a speaking clock with more than 20 languages. It can also keep track of up to 50 alarms that can be set to a time and a date, and be repeated daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. The interface is very attractive and the display shows the date, another time zone, or random quotes. This program can also synchronize your clock to an Internet time server. It runs from the system tray and includes full help and install/uninstall. Version 3.0 added support for MS agents, text-to-speech, a speaking calculator, and some minor fixes, updates, and bug fixes.
Version 3.03a adds minor fixes and updates. Version 3.04 adds XP compatibility and minor fixes.
