These broadcasts can be played on any Macintosh or Windows-based computer using QuickTime 4.
Featuring an intuitive graphical user interface, Sorenson Broadcaster is so simple that most users will be ready for their first broadcast within minutes of installation. The program guides you step by step through the preparation and broadcast of a live video and/or audio stream.
You can click to select from various sources, make network connections or announce your broadcast. In addition, the program provides complete control over the various parameters that determine video and audio quality such as image size, video frame rate, audio sample rate, and a range of data rates from 28.8 kbps to the fastest LANs.
Sorenson Broadcaster's realistic display features meters that monitor broadcasts, including audio level, video frame rate, and bandwidth usage. What's more, the solution is very affordable, making Broadcaster ideal for a variety of applications, from broadcasting executive speeches company wide to streaming a live radio program over the internet.
