Finally, a full-featured TTY is available for the Macintosh. SoftTTY does everything you want a TTY to do and then some. It works with most Macs without any additional hardware. You can now use the full power of your computer to enhance your TTY experience. You no longer have to suffer with miniature TTY displays, scrunched up keyboards or the massive TTY paper pileup phenomenon (MTPPP). SoftTTY performs all the functions you want in a full-featured TTY, for a very small fraction of the cost.
What's new in this version: SoftTTY 1.4 adds Mac OS X compatibility! A number of bug fixes were made as well. Fixes a few memory leaks that could cause you to run out of memory during a phone call. SoftTTY 1.3 adds an auto-save feature so that conversations in progress are not lost if your computer crashes. SoftTTY also fixes a bug that occurred in SoftTTY 1.2. The Macro Key window was not closing and prevented SoftTTY from quitting. The Auto-relay timeout was changed from 60 to 120 seconds.
