Pros
I don't think "crap" is a Pro, is it?
Cons
Its window shows a search box and links to 5 items of their software. Doesn't matter what you enter to search for, it takes you to the publishers web site.
Summary
Publisher's review (above) says "provides you access to the latest software uploads", and " you won't have to wait hours till you would be able to update your software". This & other info I had read suggested to me the program is an update checker, which it most certainly is not.
