I am the "GlennKar" in the post below. A year ago, when I first bought this program, I had the troubles as described. However, the author soon contacted me (after my initial complaint here), offering an apology and a refund. And today, nearly a year after my initial problems, the author contacted me again, once more apologizing, and this time providing me a registered copy of version 2 free of charge. I haven't yet tried the new version, but I give Mr. McKay of piDog Software five stars for being an honest businessman.
