From Kraft Software Solutions :

This simple utility is comprised of a single .Exe that you can run from any folder on your computer. The utility allows you to connect to SQL Server 7.0, SQL Server 2000, or SQL Server 2005 (any edition) and any instance. Once connected you can select a database and perform an immediate backup, restore, or move a database. The program is intended for companies that have applications using SQL Server, but don't have IT staff that are familiar with the SQL Server tools.

Version 0.52 adds the ability to restore and move databases.
