No Facebook integration (yet), unlike the desltop version

It is similar but different from Seesmic Desktop, but ... in-Web is always better for many things, for obvious reasons. I look forward to great things to come from Loic and the gang;-)

Multi account/columns/searches Twitter client that supports facebook as well.
Cons
It doesn't seem to register read tweets, so it show them again on startup. Embedded Videos in Facebook postings don't show up.
Summary
First Twhirl then Seesmic. If you are into Twitter and Facebook this should be the client for you. While still in heavy development, each release is totally usable. No crashes so far. Minor glitches won't disturb your experience. Every now and then a news version pops up and raises the bar for its contenders. Kudos to the developers.

It may occur that 1 Twitter account is not enough for you. Seesmic is one of those clients which supports multiple ones. You can post the same tweet to multiple accounts at the same time.
Cons
It's still in heavy development, so it's too early to speak about this.
Summary
If you're a Twitter fan,. the moment will come when you will need a versatile desktop solution to track the messages in a central base.
Seesmic is not limited to your desktop only, it is also a web service, so you can access your tweets from all over the world. -

I appreciate that it keeps me up to date on Twitter AND Facebook.
Cons
I don't like that it doesn't download status comments. Wish it was possible to mark Statuses and Tweets as 'read' so it didn't re-download that same ones every time.

Visualize and post on Twitter and Facebook at once; different from web Twitter, it's easier to RT (on twitter.com, you only can RT the first posts, if you click "more" to see older posts, you can't RT directly from the home page) Easy view of replies
Cons
Adobe Air interface is slower than viewing a web page, when you scroll the mouse down, it has some delay to reload pictures and posts. Can't see comments on Facebook's posts.

Can use symbols in userlist (group) names, adjust the volume of notifications, mute sounds with one click (without opening a menu), different sound for tweet and replies, easy-to-use spam reporting, customizable retweet options.
Cons
Cannot customize colors.
Summary
This is my preferred Twitter desktop application. I've tried a few others and although my 2nd favorite (TweetDeck) does allow customization of colors, the lack of that feature on Seesmic doesn't outweigh the many other features it does have. Whether you're new to Twitter or an addict (there's no middle, right?) you should definitely give Seesmic a try.

Seesmic Desktop is great! It's low memory usage and ease of use makes it the client of choice for me.
Cons
Maybe a few UI enhancements would put it over the top, but other than that no complaints ;-)

Handles all of my twitter accounts and Facebook beautifully. Multi-column and groups are fantastic!
Cons
There are a few glitches now and then, but it's still in beta.
Summary
I can't find another product that works as well with Twitter and Facebook updating. Try it, you won't be sorry!
