CNET Editors' review
Seesmic's Twitter client for Android gives casual tweeters most tools they need to get the word out and stay connected with followers, from multiple Twitter accounts. There's the master time line of all your incoming and outgoing messages in one screen (per each account), replies, direct messages, and retweeting support. You're also able to take and upload a photo (or video, depending on your Android device) from the clean, neat interface, plus geolocate your tweet, and shorten a link (it would be even better if this happened automatically.) A long press on a message pops up options for responding, including retweeting. You can also share others' tweets via e-mail, SMS, and other social networks like Facebook.
Settings options let you choose some of the third-party Twitter services to handle URL-shortening and photo uploading. Menu options include Twitter lists and Twitter search, including trends. Now Seesmic just needs to make it easier to quickly block or unfollow a user the way you can from Seesmic's desktop app.
