From PastePerfect :

Screen-Cut permits screen capture of any portion of the screen displayed in front of you being: the Web, Windows error, images or photograph. Anything being displayed onto your screen can be save as an image, printed, sent through e-mail or just kept in the clipboard. Great tool for QA analysis and documentation needs using the Watermark signature functionality. Complete install instructions are available at the developer's Web site. This software is now distributed as freeware.

Version 2.2 includes some display settings fixes and tool tips.

Version: Screen-Cut 2.2

"Didn't work for me... uninstalled in 5 minutes."

Pros: Looks like a nice tool if you can get it working

Cons: Very hard to save the images, it just takes them to the clipboard... not very user friendly to save the images.
