From Shift Schedules :

The Shift Schedules S2-10-25 Excel Spreadsheet automatically assigns qualified people to up to 10 shifts per day, creates fixed-shift schedules from 1 week to 1 month in length and can rotate, or randomly assign, days off each week. The shift assignment logic includes a probability component that can add a degree of randomness to the shift assignments. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and come in sizes for 3, 6 and 10 shifts for 25, 50, 100 and 200 employees.

The shareware registration fee is $199.
