Publisher's description
From Shift Schedules :The Complex-25 Excel spreadsheet creates schedules where each employee can have a custom shift for a 1-week period. It is particularly useful if employees have very limited availability and/or need to have shift start and stop times assigned individually. You, not the computer, assign employees to the various shifts. Two types of charts are included to keep you informed of shift coverage. One is a bar chart showing shift staffing needs and coverage in 15-minute increments for each day and the other is a line chart showing who is working each 15-minute increment of the day. Since the program allows a shift to start on one day and end on the next day, it can be used for around-the-clock shift coverage. Spreadsheet creates Timer Import Files for use in the QuickBooks Pro accounting software for use in employee payroll activities. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 25 and 50 employees. Version 4 includes enhanced data validation features.
Note: During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to schedule start dates and the number of schedules displayed. Registration is $59.
