Most filtering programs today come in one flavor: a large bulky program, full of features you will never use. These programs literally take over your computer, need to be constantly updated and generally slow down the performance of your computer. Safe Links installs a small client on your computer that is less than 2MB in size. This client communicates with our servers and tells your computer browser if a web site is appropriate. This is done by "URL inspection" which means the database of web sites is stored at our location.
What's new in this version: Profile based filtering so anyone can have their own set of filtering rules.

Pros
Blocks most of the stuff you don't want to see like porn. It even stopped me from going to a spam website.
Cons
It doesn't have a lot of other features like some of the other programs. But all I really wanted is a web filter anyway.
Summary
This is a good program. it's small in size and doesn't tke over my computer.
