"I agree--love the software, hate the pricing/support"
Pros: Does exactly what it says and does it well, but I docked a star because it is overpriced in comparison with other utilities, especially when considering upgrades.
Cons: Needs larger desktop views. Upgrades of minor releases should be free (they are not if you purchased more than a year ago). Skin downloads are unavailable after first year and saved skins must be applied manually. should be free always.
Summary: Great software, just don't expect any support. 1 year passes quickly and its not worth paying near full price of the software to keep current.
