Version: Richmond SupportDesk 6.7
"Good help desk software for managing IT support if you are using ITIL processes."
Pros: Logical layout and made tracking of support requests easy. Wizard driven setup process made it fairly straight forward to get started could bring in users and computers via Active Directory. I had a few technical questions which their support where happy to help me with. Was good at keeping support and users informed with automatically notification of technicians and users when problems are resolved or workarounds available.
