From Ripcord Games :You are hereby under direct command to prepare for active duty in Return Fire 2. Intelligence reports indicate that groups of up to 16 different enemy strike teams have mobilized and are preparing an assault on headquarters. They will attack you in the air, by land, and by sea, via the Internet or direct game station linkup. Your mission: Infiltrate your enemy's bases, locate the hidden flag, and return to base unharmed. During your campaigns, you will be expected to acquire and deploy a large arsenal of weapons, including mines and missiles, and you will encounter more than 50 different maps to challenge you in this intense combat experience. Here are some nifty screenshots.

Version: Return Fire 2 3Dfx demo
"this game is great!! I can still remeber when it first came out."
Pros: This is one of the best capture the flag games out there, this game is very old but is still around.
This game isnt supposed to be realistic only fun, (And prolific got that right on the target)I remeber playing this when it first came out and i still remeber it today,
Thats how fun it it is.
This game also has a sound track that fits wheat your doing, like flight of the bumblebee for the jeep or mars bringer of war for the tank.
Cons: The controls are hard at first but when you get used too them the computer better watchout
considering its old the graphics are bad by todays standards 3dfx is obsolete even
but when it came out it was cutting edge.
(I dont think you would notice this its so fun :) )
also id would recommend the software demo on newer machines (it wont run becase newer machines dont have 3dfx support(some anyway))
