What's new in this version:

Improved functionality in adding buildings and units in Unit Tracker.
In Tenant Tracker a Unit must now be selected before choosing the Moved In date.
In Tenant Tracker, changing the Due Date, after the first Payment has been posted, is now prohibited.
In Tenant Tracker when creating a new record the software now remembers the Rent, Deposit, Late Charge, Due Date, and Late Date and uses these as default values when the user creates another record in the same se... see all new features
