What's new in this version:

Balance Due field in Tenant Tracker is no longer updated when you create a Report, Mark Late Tenants or create a Late Notice,
Mac users can now import Vcards from their Address Book into Contact Tracker.
A few problems have been fixed in the Tax Form Report in Rental Expense Tracker.
The Payment History Report now includes any future payments too.
The Area Code list has been updated in Contact Tracker.
Several other minor improvements.
