From Conceptworld :RecentX provides fast access to widespread documents, deep folders, cluttered programs, Internet history & bookmarks/favorites. Although RecentX can find any file or folder, it gives higher preference to 'recently' accessed files & folders as they are more important to you. It is easier to pick the right file from a smaller set of important files than to pick from a large clutter of unimportant files. You do not have to spend time adding your favorite files, folders. Also, common file operations (copy, paste) can be quickly performed without using a file manager. Avoids visiting of hierarchical folders, start menu, favorites menu, Internet history and network places. Because, hierarchy access is very time consuming, tedious and unnecessary.

"Easy to use and indispensable"
Pros: Searches all my hard drives for vital files. with over 2 TB of storage it's easy to lose a file, but if you can remember any word in the file name RecentX can find the file for you.
Cons: Haven't found any cons
Summary: Click the button, type in a word that appears in the file's name and you're presented with a list of every file on your storage media that contains that word. select the file you want and launch it. couldn't be easier.

"Fabulous user-friendly time saver!"
Pros: Great program that saves me heaps of time finding documents, websites or folders. Easy to use interface, with drag and drop and many configuration options so I can set it to find things I access most frequently. Also light on computer resources.
