From RealWorld Graphics :RealWorld Icon Editor is a feature rich icon maker and extractor. It is able to create Windows XP and Windows Vista icons directly from images and 3D models. Multiple icon creation scenarios are supported. Beside automatically rendering a 3D scene into image and creating an icon, images can be combined using drag and drop. On each generated image, a configurable special effect is applied. A library with 36 icons and source 3D models is included.
Version 2006.2 adds Mac OS icon format support, customizable batch operations, parameterized 3D models, image filters with preview.
