From MyRealEstateOffice :Real Estate Investment Analysis 2000 is designed to help real estate brokers and investors create a complete analysis (including a 10-year projection) for up to three different properties at the same time. It also allows users to compare NOI, cash flow, cap rate, debt-coverage ratio, IRR, equity dividend rate, margin of safety, and more, for all three properties simultaneously on the same page for each year of the 10-year projection. This program includes Comp3 and Comp10 worksheets in addition to a help workbook.
Version 2.0 supports analysis for up to three different properties at the same time, and projected analysis for up to 10 years. In this download, the Purchase Price cell is locked. The full version is $149.
