It also allows users to compare NOI, cash flow, cap rate, debt-coverage ratio, IRR, equity dividend rate, margin of safety, and more, for all three properties simultaneously on the same page for each year of the ten-year projection. This program includes Comp3 and Comp10 worksheets in addition to a help workbook.
