Rad FTP is a graphical file transfer program written in pure Java. It is multi-threaded, which gives it the capability to carry out several concurrent uploads and downloads. Both active and passive mode transfers are supported and Rad FTP is capable of dynamically switching between these modes. Since the program is in Java it is cross platform.

Summary
My Free Webhost doesn't allow Java Server Pages, so I cannot use this program... keep trying, and you'll go far. Also, most webhosts don't allow PHP FTP commands or any FTP commands through your scripts due to security reasons.

Summary
This program has no actual installer. It uses a .jar extension. I have no idea WHAT that is and frankly, it scares the heck outta me.
I wouldn't recommend this for anyone other than the computer programmer.
