Publisher's description
From Upperspace :Quickie Flowcharts allows you to easily create organizational charts, networking layouts, decision structures, work flow diagrams, Web site structure diagrams, or any other of your flow charting needs. These charts can be made from scratch or by using a built in-wizard that helps you select shapes and images, then automatically place them into the chart. A wide array of shapes can be dragged and dropped into the chart for quick placement, including in boxes, diamonds, arrows, dimension bars, and more. Designer shapes and photos, including pumps, motors, computers, servers, and more can be inserted to speed up customized charts. Any BMP, JPEG, GIF, WMF, or EMF file can be imported for implementation in the chart.

Version: Quickie Flowcharts 2.0
"You can make flow charts with it"
Pros: it makes flow charts, as it says
Cons: The gui needs some rework. looks very simple, like the windows 3.11 applications of 10 years ago.
A little more attention to this part would make it much more attractive. (try .NET)
I guess we have to wait for version 3
