Version: Qasper Business Information Organizer 1.0.2533
Pros: This product is an excellent Customer Relationship Management product.
The interface is fairly easy to use.
It installs without any problems, and has LOADS of features.
Cons: To use the product offline you must pay $29 per year which actually is not that bad.
I think I will try and get the offline add-on too.

Cons: Couldn't even get started. This stuff is so unworthy of C/Net.

"slow, incomplete installation!"
Pros: pictures can be deceiving...
Cons: installed 3 times: all seemingly incomplete (shortcut icons don't appear; generic windows logo icon does; is non-responsive).
must install "mini-server", failed all 3 times to connect.
must go to site to register; their link on install don't work!Summary: never had so many problems when install something from here; guess i'll keep looking for another organizer elsewhere (not blaming c/net...it's qasper).
