Closed tickets are retained only in the database but can be searched and re-created in Outlook if needed. Mail conversations can be tracked. Statistics tool and knowledge base. PDA.
What's new in this version:
Version 9.2.5007 adds Web form for support questions, purchase and registration features within product. When converting emails to tickets, the caller phone number is automatically pulled up from the address book/GAL.
