PresButan lets you use the enter and/or return keys to open items in the Finder. As of version 1.2 it also lets you use either delete key to delete Finder items, if you really want it to.

What's new in this version: Now a universal binary! By popular demand, I added feature for being able to delete items in the Finder by pressing either delete or forward delete, which I recommend people use with care. Also a bug where PresButan will stop working if the Finder crashes was fixed.
