Powermarks is a 32-bit program that enables you to easily create, manage, and browse your bookmarks. It can either replace or work in conjunction with the bookmark and favorite features of Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Powermarks also lets you avoid the entire hierarchy/folder system, import URLs from HTML files, and handle hundreds of bookmarks.
