Pictomio is a software application for managing, categorizing, geo mapping/geotagging, searching, and archiving photos and videos. With Pictomio you can also geotag your digital photos with latitude, longitude, and altitude information and generate animated 2D and 3D slideshows. The Pictomio software is composed of different parts: a photo browser, slideshow editor and a map view based on Virtual Earth or Google Maps. Features: image manager, photo mapper, geo locator, 3D trip manager with waypoints, tracklogs and routes, import wizard for GPS-trips, .nmea import/export, direct support for the GPS-trackstick pictoGEO , 3D image carousel, EXIF editor, liquid zoom, library, image rating, album and categories, tools, slideshow, video viewer, upload/download to Flickr, Locr, Facebook, ImageShack, Picasa, Photobucket. Pictomio is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese.

  "It should be called "crash-tomio" or freeze-tomio"

  Pros: Excellent program sleek design and great concept. I would have given it at least 4 stars because it does have great features, but anyone breezing through the reviews would have a wrong impression so I give it 2 only

  Cons: it Crashes like there is no tomorrow does anyone test this programs? CNet should ban this software and reinstated it until they fix the crashing bug

  Summary: I have a 2 duo core computer with 4 gb of memory and I previously downloaded this program but uninstalled right away because it kept on crashing, later on I received a notification there was and update, downloaded it and yep, still the same crap. no... read more >>

  Version: Pictomio 1.2.29

  "Pictomia is agraet software to view pictuers adn videos"

  Pros: Pictomio can handel pictures and videos.
  The "Karusell" is my favorite functionality

  Cons: I did not find any negative things about Pictomio.

  Summary: It is simply a good looking application with user-friendly GUI !!!

  "Lots of features, still flaky display"

  Pros: loads of features. Lots of views into your photos possible

  Cons: no search on exif user comment or descriptions limits it use as a turn key for jpeg libraries already loaded with comment and description data
  flakey dropdown. First time give a non readable mess, second time seems to work
  
  Uninstalled, to many bugs

  Summary: Keep an eye on this one. Could be a picasa killer
