There is a big but, I thought this was one of the best studios, but with this download it has inproved greatly.

It has many tools that are in in PS and Painter and PSP. It also comes with some brushes and textures already preloaded and is compatible with PS brushes and plugins. I've played around with it and have been happy with the results thus far!
Cons
I have no complaints about this program thus far. I know that they are keeping up with updates and bug fixes so it should be easy to keep up and running smoothly !

i found it to be easier to use than photoshop.

an alert about the keystrokes being recorded, i just block it and there's no more problem.

i've been having fun using this program and making my own creations. for a free software, i find it to be easier to use than the expensive ones. could use more extras but i make my own ones with my pics.

Didn't get to use it long enough!
Cons
DL'd the program looked like it was going to work great. Then a window popped up saying there was a critical error and windows needed to shut it down. No second chances.

Pros
It's easy to use and can perform multiple functions on multiple layers. I rate it right up there with Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro! The designer Cheng is open to suggestions and is more than willing to improve his product.
Cons
None that I can think of.

In my mind it's the BEST free graphics program anywhere.

During installation, it states that MS .Net 3.5 is required to install.
Summary
After all of MS updates and fixes, the line has to be drawn somewhere and IE8 and net 3.5 have crossed that line for me.
