From SoftBulldog :Peer2Mail lets you store and share files on any Web mail account. Web mail providers such as Gmail (Google Mail), Walla, Yahoo, provide storage space that ranges from 100MB to 2GB. P2M splits the file you want to share/store zips and encrypts it. P2M then sends the file segments one by one to your account. Once P2M uploaded all file segments, you can download them and use P2M to merge the segments back to the original file.

Pros: it worked, fast, walk away and its done when you get back..
Cons: .... the program itself dont include spyware.. but it has banner advertisements, popups, and those popups install spyware.....

Pros: Nothing. Concept I guess.
Cons: Totally un-user friendly. difficult to learn. Sucks. Use RoamDrive. Easy as anything, just as useful, get that, forget this crap.

"I liked it...BEFORE. Not anymore."
Pros: When version 1.0 came out, we were all astonished, fascinated, and happy that a new form of p2p would come. Now, with a system of sharing your private files with select others that you'd like to show them too, how flawless could it be? It was version 1.0 . No viruses, no need for spyware, it was all a dream-come-true to p2p users.
Cons: The flaws came with version 1.6 . Now the creators of Peer2Mail believe in false advertising. "No spyware!" is a flat, bomb-out false statement. Peer2Mail comes with a load of spyware, malware, ads, a handful of trojans, to top it all off with unwanted forcefully installed ActiveX software. Not to mention the plentiful amount of viruses.
Lastly, I'd like to note that there IS an alternative, whilst using the latest version of Peer2Mail. Be sure to have the following programs installed before installing Peer2Mail.
-SpyBot Search and Destroy
-Ad Aware SE Personal Edition (Pro if you're paranoid =) )
-SpywareBlaster
-AVG Free Edition
-Windows integrated firewall, which sucks, so find a 3rd party one yourself
With those applications listed above, you are fully protected against the spyware that Peer2Mail version 1.6 build 5 comes with.
