With stints on reality TV and as a Web celebrity, heiress Paris Hilton has become a household name. This screensaver features about a dozen photos of the debutante, but low resolution undermines the images' appeal. The software itself provides a fairly extensive feature set for a free download, allowing users control over transition effects, image size, background, and the interval between images.

A few special effects such as sepia tone are included, although no soundtrack is provided. The screensaver comes bundled with an unrelated Internet Explorer toolbar and another separate software component called Roboform, so be cautious if you don't want these extra components on your computer. The download may appeal to avid Hilton fans, but we would advise other computer users to look elsewhere.
