The application includes a number of useful features including multiple vendors or suppliers, automatic items/materials import via csv files, support for barcodes with vendor specific user customizable barcode rules. Price expiration dates, customizable purchase order forms. Exporting orders to electronic data interchange files. Booking-in stock as it is received against its associated purchase order, reporting on stock awaiting delivery. Reporting on a vendors order history. Summarizing all orders placed with the vendor or supplier. Version 1.0.2 includes unspecified updates.
