"easy to use"
Version: Page Update Watcher 1
Pros
free. Good options to keep pages organized. I like the ability to test the email alert settings. Nice tooltips format.
Cons
Can't seem to get the logging option to work. I can't seem to get the manual page update check to work: Help file is missing. There doesn't seem to be a way to enable or disable the email alert for a particular page. The email alert is to a list of addresses contained in a .csv file, which non-technical people likely won't understand or be able to make work. The page properties has a bug in it that it displays the Last Checked correctly but shows the page Last Modified as one hour later than when I created the page to check. There is a typo on the Miscellaneous tab. (It's a nit, I know..) No option to start minimized. This may be the way it works when it starts with Windows, I didn't try restarting the computer to try it. It opens in a normal window when restarted from the program group's shortcut.

"Use it to replace the feature no longer in Firefox and missing from IE."
Version: Page Update Watcher 1
Pros
The program checks any page you like and gives options for intervals between checks and alerts. A large baloon pops up from the system tray when an updated page is detected. You can also have audible alerts. You can pop up the entire program to see what pages you have been alerted on while away from your computer.
Cons
I only have two suggestions to improve this program. The first is an option to keep the alerts on screen instead of closing after the maximum 60 seconds. The other is that although there is an option to have the program minimize to the system tray instead of closing, it closes anyway when you click the X to close the window.
