It ensures you are the first to know about bandwidth clogs, device failures, and connectivity issues. It takes only minutes to install, is simple to configure and scales easily with the growth of the MSP's customer base. packetTrap RMM is the most affordable and complete MSP monitoring solution on the market. packetTrap RMM is installed onsite at your data center or office location. At least one agent is then installed at each customer location to establish a secure, encrypted tunnel between you and the customer. The customer's network can be monitored by the single agent via SNMP, WMI or be used to automatically deploy agents to the Windows, Linux and Mac machines. Information from the agents are transferred back to your MSP server. Configuration, monitoring, management, and device remote control is done via the PacketTrap Studio or a Web Browser.
