From Pixture Studio:

Small application program that displays time in the specified time zone with a clock icon in the Dock. It can also shows up to 4 specified time zones to the Dock menu and user can easily switch which one to be displayed in the Dock icon. It may be nice for those who frequently need to communicate with foreign country like me. :-)

What's new in this version: Version 1.3 has added a code to walk around Panther's bug. Also dock clock icon is changed to the same one as the application icon.
