This professional-level tool tracks the time your employees spend on projects. OroTimesheet's interface is clear, although you cannot add new buttons or panels. The main module, Timesheets, links to databases of projects, employees, groups of employees, activities, customers, expenses, and invoices. You can add up to twelve custom fields to each. In addition to tracking time spent on projects, the program manages the activities an employee performs on a specific project or subproject and lets you modify the usual expenses and billing rates for specific situations. Data can be directly imported from formats such as HTML, Excel, or Access. To figure out the overall picture, create and print reports that group employees, projects, and customers by category. Accessible on a network (and remotely via a Web browser), and password-protected, OroTimesheet suits multiuser environments perfectly. The functionality and price make the program attractive for small and midsize businesses.Publisher's description
From OroLogic :OroTimesheet allows you to keep track of the time spent on each project by the employees in your organization. The application adapts to your needs, whether you work for a big organization or are a self-employed worker. Main modules include those for employees, groups, projects, activities, customers, time sheets, expenses, and periods. Most of the modules include additional user-defined fields, and some of these modules can be used only if you need them. OroTimesheet manages worked hours, budgets, costs, billing, and expenses. Your own costs and billing rules are definable. A reports generator also is integrated into OroTimesheet, which enables you to create your own reports or to modify existing ones.
