From OnlineCall :

OnlineCall is a user-friendly Internet program that tells you who's online at all times. OnlineCall does the searching for you, alerting you in real time when friends or colleagues sign on (see screen shot). OnlineCall lets you share files of all types with your buddies and send URLs and offline messages. You can also chat using either the videoconference or voice chat feature. Additional features include an email checker, online status modes, automatic new version notification, and more.
