Though you won't find a vast array of features here, this free utility allows you to switch between opened applications with minimal effort. In short, OneFinger Task Switch employs your keyboard's function keys as handy application restorers. You can quickly toggle between several opened programs on your desktop by hitting the program's single-touch hot key. This software sets F11 as your task switch key by default, but you can select an alternate key on its elementary interface. With two programs running, OneFinger Task Switch's hot key will instantly switch between them. When three or more applications are open, you can press your assigned hot key to display a small window of all current programs along with its icon and another function key for restoration. The only other configurable option is to choose whether you'd like large or small icons. While it doesn't offer a lot, this basic application is easy to use and great when working with multiple programs.

OneFinger Task Switch allows you assigning a function key as the task switch key, when you press the task switch key if there is only one open program in the Windows desktop and it is minimized, task switch function will restore that program. If there are two open programs in the Windows desktop, task switch function will switch focus between these two programs. If there are 3 or more open programs in the desktop, it will list all the open programs in a Task Switch Window and you can select the one you want to switch to. If there are more than 12 programs running, it will divide the list into multiple pages, each one contains 12 open programs, you can than use left/right arrow key to change to different pages. If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you can also use the scroll wheel to change pages. OneFinger Task Switch provides you a way to switch between programs by selecting it, and just need one finger on keyboard.
