The Omegle app connects to users on the Omegle Web site as well as to other iPhone and iPod Touch users.

Pros
App works smoothly. Zooms screen down to appropriate size on mobile.
Cons
Too many spam bots on Omegle.
Summary
Use http://www.gettingrandom.com or one of the other Omegle alternatives until Omegle implements some captcha or similar to restrict to human users.
