Publisher's description
From InternetSoft :Offline Downloader is conveniently designed to download Internet Web site exactly the way you want them, including or excluding any parts you need or don't need (such as a directory, domain names and filenames, types of files, file size, or any other properties). The program contains a built-in browser that allows you to scan all sites both online and offline on your own hard drive.
It offers numerous settings and options to facilitate this task. Offline Downloader can change HTML links to relative names, allowing you to move the information easily to CD or another hard drive. Offline Downloader also can be used as a Web site navigator and is a great tool when you need to organize hyperlinks. The program itself automatically determines the structure of the site, and you can trust it to download at night or at other times when your network load is at a minimum.

Version: Offline Downloader 3.1
Pros: I never had the opportunity to try the program, so I know of no pros.
Cons: I downloaded and installed the program and immediately attempted to download a website. Five minutes into downloading this website, Offline Downloader stopped downloading and displayed a message reading, "This free trial has limitations." There was no more information anywhere about the limitations.

Version: Offline Downloader 3.1
"Can cause you to get banned from websites"
Cons: I run a website that gets a lot of abuse. Today, the "Offline Navigator" version of this program tried downloading over 30,000 pages from my website at a rate of up to 7 pages per second. The program [1] lacks a "sanity check" to prevent people from downloading huge amounts of data they don't need, and [2] lacks reasonable controls. Yeah, it may be the quickest -- but also the quickest to get you blocked from websites.
