This free utility replaces the Windows Taskbar, finding a better way to access shortcuts. ObjectDock displays the icons of the currently running applications so you can quickly switch among them. It also holds icons that launch your favorite programs. The application magnifies the icons and displays the window title as your cursor passes over it, which helps you find what you need even when you're running numerous applications at once. An attractive clock rounds out the toolbar, rendering the standard Windows Taskbar obsolete. The tiny utility offers a dozen attractive skins. The program also features options for slow computers that degrade animation quality to save resources. The program does lack a system tray, and uninstalling it left a number of files. ObjectDock will appeal to users who are bored with the standard Taskbar.Publisher's description
From Stardock :ObjectDock acts both as a task manager and a program launcher. Users can customize the look of each item on the dock and set various animation options for when the mouse rolls over an item on the dock. The program is very easy to configure. Version 1.2 adds new mouse-over effects and improves the icon zoom effect along with a few new options.

Version: ObjectDock 1.2
"Its one of the better OSX docks...but the free version lacks."
Pros: There is a free version of it, which is what you are downloading from download.com.
It mimics the OSX dockbar quite well.
Cons: There are better dock bars which mimic the OSX dock bar better than this program.
The plus version (which is not free) gives you all the full features the free version limits you on.
A little sluggish.
Its from StarDock...I'm not a big fan of them.

Version: ObjectDock 1.2
Pros: This is a free software. It has good features. It is similar to the one on OSX.
Cons: The free version is not the best. The Pro version is way better. You can get better dock programs on download.com

Version: ObjectDock 1.2
Pros: It's cool. Makes your ugly windows feel like a Mac. I strongly recommend it if you have a ram higher than 256mb (and install stylexp also for a better Mac feeling)
Cons: eats up ram and this is a problem when you have a 256mb RAM like me

Version: ObjectDock 1.2
"Reminds me of Mac OS X Tiger."
Pros: Very useful if you have a lot of programs that you run frequently that you don't feel like going back to your desktop constantly to open. Easy to see the programs and easy to configure.
Cons: Sometimes when closing windows, ObjectDock likes to come up right in the way of the buttons.
