From Vaita :Free, Fast and easy tool for removing duplicate items from Outlook folders. ODIR recognizes duplicates in Contacts; Calendar; Tasks; Notes and Email folders. Using ODIR is very easy select a folder and click the button Remove Duplicate Items. ODIR scans the selected folder for duplicates and MOVES all duplicates found to a subfolder ODIR_duplicate_items.

"Simple tool with no options. Be aware - permanently delete duplicates."
Pros: Free and simple tools. No spyware. Microsoft Outlook experienced developer.
Cons: You will spend more time to find out what is the duplicate among moved items using this product than simply sorting your items manually.
Bugs: because no subfolders are created be aware of the "only permanently delete", you can delete your important contacts and data easily. No restore function is available.
Very limited tool with no options to choose. For example: if you have contacts with the same email address and first and last name but with different phone numbers, the program will consider one of contacts as duplicate (which one I can't explain) and only delete-move it to a created subfolder (no explanation about why this contact is considered a duplicate).
Not able to process several folders at once or search duplicates among more than one folder.
No help documentation or website.

Pros: Easily as a single click operation and let's you select which folder to do the operation. All deleted items keep in separated folder for your further consideration. Good job!
Cons: As long as it's FREE, I do complain nothing. However some bugs occur with a blank contact (Blank first name and last name, I guess) Just copy them to a separate folder before clean your contact list.

"does what it's supposed to do!"
Pros: it worked for my duplicate calendar appointments created by a first time sync with a blackberry express server (after being a BIS device first). Found everything, including repeating appointments.

"Amazing software, fast, secure, easy!!"
Pros: I don't know why other users give bad qualification to this premium sofwtare. Is free, this software DO NOT delete duplicates, instead, move it to an specific folder. with this software I delete 10gb of duplicated email from a 33GB pst files!!! is amazing, save my life!!!
Cons: amazing. free, easy, fast, efective!!

"Worked great for contacts, not for calendar"
Pros: It identified and moved all my duplicate contacts to its backup folder successfully. I hardly had any that were different versions, so it's simplicity was not a problem. For any that had updates I could go to the separate file and make changes.
Cons: It hardly identified any duplicate calendar entries. I don't notice anything different between them or how it identifies them (it doesn't specify like it does for others). I'll have to use another tool to clean the calendar.
