NodeScan Server is a turn-key solution for a variety of real-time communication and cross-platform file sharing services. Servers can be either public or private, with public servers offering automatic account registration for new users. Most services are accessed via the Nodescan Client application which allows users to send, share, search for and download files, send private instant messages, chat and listen to music streamed from the server. In a few minutes anyone with a broadband internet connection can set up their own server accessible to the general public or restricted to selected users.

Nodescan helps small businesses to collaborate and share documents within the company and privately with their customers and clients. Files of any type and size can easily be sent directly to any other user. Instant messaging enables fast communication without the overhead, restrictions and delays of email while presence indicators continuously show the availability of users.
