Netlicious is a del.icio.us bookmark manager. It will download and store all your bookmarks so that you can easily organize and search them. The first time you launch Netlicious you will be prompted to enter your del.icio.us username and password (if you don't have one, signup for a free account at http://del.icio.us. Netlicious was inspired by the excellent Mac OS X software, Cocoalicious.

"Memory Hog but without Added Functionality"

Pros
It does what it claims, but it fails to mention that you can do the same thing from the delicious website
Cons
This program uses the Microsoft .NET framework, which causes the program to balloon to 50-100megs of memory usage
It adds absolutely no extra functionality over what is available from the delicious website.
I was hoping for the ability to edit many websites simultaneously (similar to the defunct Powermarks) but no such luck
