Pros
The fact that you can view all your bookmarks on there site and manager them there aswell. Never loose or have to backup your bookmarks. Very easy to use and nice layout.
Cons
Some may not know that to get it on your internet browser so you can use it, you must click view> Toolbars> Customize then add "Net Favorites" and your all set to use it. maybe they could make it so it auto puts it on your toolbars list.
