Cons: with the economy crisis these days i think the price should be lower.
Pros: easy to navigate with a detailed instruction manual and screen images, multi-language support, comprehensive software allows all the email marketing made very easy.
Cons: PC has to be turned on all the time when you have scheduled lists to send.
Summary: It is a great software, once you get used to it. I like the support team as well. They respond & solve the problems for you quite quickly.
Pros: 1. I believe it is the easiest to navigate and provided a functionally rich user environment. 2. It supports Excel 2007 and Access 2007 files.
3. The OCBC database connection is very useful to me and I can group my customers by a SQL queries.
Cons: 1. It offers HTML reports only but I prefer the PDF format.
2. It will be better if the program runs with web interface.
Pros: Easy to switch from the html code to the design mode, in which it is practical and easy to make modifications. The tracking is simply amazing in its detail. The help category allows even someone who has never done any emailing to do it successfully!
Cons: Not very clear where the projects are saved and under what name.
