"I liked the old version.(Express Web Pictures) Can't get "neo" to work at all."
Pros: I suggest getting the old version which is Express Web Pictures 1.8.7. if you have problems with this one.
Cons: I tried several times to open the program after installing and it wont work. Locks up my pc everytime.
