From the developer: "This small utility provides a way to automate mouse-related tasks. Using the wizard you can quickly create a script to control mouse moves and clicks. A script can contain any number of actions and each action can have random time intervals and casual radius of deviation to simulate a human being operating your mouse. If you want the program will work in the background mode returning cursor on the previous position after each action and so you can continue using your computer while macros is being executed. The program can be run in hidden mode and you can play a trick on your friend by organizing anomalous activities on his/her desktop."

Well,I think this is abandonware and I don`t think the original author Vladislav Chursin supports it anymore. No matter. And all you people who claim you don`t like this because you can`t read Russian? No problem. Here`s the fix! Go to C:\Program Files\NaughtyMouse.
In this directory you`ll find a file called LM.LNG..(Yes,this IS the language file) Open LM.LNG with Notepad. Scroll down to the bottom until you find the entry:
[_Language]
default=Russian
Replace the word "Russian" with "English" (without quotes)
Save.
Open NaughtyMouse again...VOILA!! HEY PRESTO!! IT`S ALL IN ENGLISH!! ENJOY!
