"Very difficult to install and activate"
Summary: The software and it's activation key downloaded as expected, but failed to operate. Support closed trouble tickets before confirming resolution of problem. Very poor support.

Summary: I canand #8217;t without this service since I bought it! If you regularly receive attachments and you need to view and edit them on your BB, get this product!!!! I highly recommend this software for any BB user.
