"Numerous Bugs, Failed Hot Buttons,Repeated 1911 ErrorCode"

Both RAR and EXE file load correctly. Install Wizard does manage to set up program however it always displays the following ERROR message:
"Error 1911 Could not register type library for file
Contact your support personnel.
Retry does not work. Ignore appears to continue, but this error may be why the program does not operate well.
. Afterwards it is a nightmare. Opening Mytella: Left Click does not work, requires Right Click, select "OPEN" program is very slow to respond. Trying to set up user account was interrupted by a Bug Report screen.
Attempting to file Bug Report results in the Bug Report program crashing repeatedly.
Finally set up user account, twice it said unable to load user picture. Then said loaded successfully, but
the "NEXT" button was non-ooperative requiring BACK, BACK, BACK, and start all over. Finally got it running. No provision to select files to share.
No provision to search for files of ANY type, without input of I.P.A. If I know the I.P.A. I would have gone there and sought the file without this convoluted and buggy program. It is allegedly a Peer to Peer program, but has no servers or means of locating anything by a search string, without user input of I.P.A. Virtually Worthless. I went to the parent site
Mytella.com Home page offers buttons for
Download, Support, Forums, Info, Plug-ins,Tella HelpU,
but none of them are active. Only hot button is DOWNLOAD (downloads same buggy program) There is no SUPPORT, no eMail link, no nothing! I realize that is a Beta, but it is truly awful. User input profile is hight in cm. only, hair colour is "blound" I think English is not the default language of the programmer.
I will wait for a later (less buggy) release and try it again, as to be fair, if it did work...it could
be a nice all-in-one package with file sharing, blogs,
Skype links, and both POP3 and P2P eMail features.
